Ordering from QVCUK.com no problem
At the QVCUK homepage, click on the department you want. A menu of product groups will appear alongside the product feature article; click on the group that you want to go to, and youll be taken to a more specific menu page with more groups to click on, which will take you to the Product Listing page. You look at the product simply by clicking on it and if you want to order it, just go to the Add To Shopping Cart button at the bottom of the page and click on it.
Follow the onscreen directions and enter the requested information, including your existing QVC Membership Number. If you are already a member of QVC, you do not need to apply for another number. If you are new to QVC, you will need to fill in a form online, and when you have made a purchase you will receive a Membership Number that allows you to bypass this stage next time.
If youre planning to buy more than one item, click on the Keep Shopping button instead of the Complete Checkout button. This will take you back to the QVCUK.com Homepage.
When you have entered your information, click on the Complete Checkout button. We aim for 99% of orders to be despatched within three working days of authorisation of your payment.
How would you like to pay?
QVC accepts payment by all major credit and debit cards, as well as by cheque and crossed postal order. If you pay by cheque or postal order, please remember that it can take a few days for your cheque to reach us. This is especially true if you send a payment on a Thursday or Friday; we usually receive it on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Please do not send cash. Its easier for us to process your order if you do not use staples, or fold your cheque or postal orders. To validate cheques, QVC uses a third party company, TRANSAX, who may refer to credit reference agencies.

Gold and silver chains are checked for quality and weight; all precious metals are checked for assay. Gemstones are analysed and inspected. Electrical goods are tested and used.
The packaging of all products is examined. If the product needs batteries or a plug, QVC ensures they are supplied with the product. |
